Job Description:

1.Ensure that work for customers in delivery, installation and adjustment of equipment is carried out to good effect.

2.Make records of installation and adjustment, including logo information of products, users’ details and related information.

3.Offer after-sale service and maintenance to customers who purchased our products and signed the maintenance agreement with us;

4.Timely send feedback to related staffs during process service and make records.

5.Fill in Technical Service Report and file and duplicate related documents timely;

6.Take part in department business training, actively cooperate with colleagues from other departments (such as Sales Dept., Customer Service Dept., Products Dept.);

Accomplish other tasks assigned by the department manager.
